We try to simplify things around here. You can make payments online by visiting our website , pay over the phone with a debit/credit card, or check. We also offer AutoPay which we highly recommend.
You will sign a lease during your rental process, but we like to keep things simple so you are not locked into a contract. Your lease is month-to-month, meaning you will only need to give a 30 day notice to get out of the lease.
Proof of ownership either through a title or registration and proof of insurance is required to store any boats, vehicles or recreational vehicles
Agreement shall automatically renew each and every month unless notice is given thirty (30) days prior to the end of the last month of tenancy by either party. We do not prorate move-outs.
At this time we do not require our tenants to enroll in one of our Insurance Protection Plans unless you are storing more than $5,000 worth of belongings. We do provide an optional insurance service and we highly recommend insuring your valuables even if you are storing less than $5,000 worth of belongings to protect against unforeseen events.
